• Our bank account details will only be revealed once you have successfully clicked the "Reserve" or "Book" button.
• You must only make payments to the account number displayed on the invoice page.
• Once payment is made, your invoice will be approved within 2-5 minutes.
• You will receive an email confirmation upon invoice approval.
• A representative from The Right Properties will contact you within 15 minutes after approval

• A caution fee is required for all short-term rentals and will be specified on the invoice page before payment.
• This fee is fully refundable at check-out, provided no damages or policy violations occur during your stay.
• If there are damages, missing items, or violations, part or all of the caution fee may be deducted accordingly.
• The refund will be processed immediately after check-out.

• Bookings canceled 48-24 hours before the check-in day will be refunded in full, with no charges.
• Refunds requested on the check-in day will be subject to a 10% deduction from the total amount paid.
• You also have the option to reschedule your check-in day instead of canceling.
• Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 48 hours.
