Listing Categories & Services

Normal Listing (Standard Free Listing)
  • Your property will be listed on our website, where interested buyers or tenants can view and contact you directly.
  • We do not actively market or promote standard listings beyond our website.
  • You can apply for paid promotions to boost your listing’s visibility.
Premium Listing (Exclusive Paid Listing)
  • The Right Properties will actively market and promote your property.
  • We act as your agent to bring potential buyers or tenants to your property.
  • Premium listings are given top priority in search results, advertisements, and promotions.
  • Before qualifying for Premium Listing, we will verify your property to ensure authenticity.
  • Premium listing is a paid service, and pricing will be provided upon request.
Property Promotions (Paid Boosts)
  • Property owners can apply for paid promotions to increase exposure on the platform.
  • Promotions may include featured placements, social media marketing, and sponsored ads.
  • Promotion fees vary and will be discussed upon request.

Eligibility & Compliance

  • The property owner, agent, or manager must provide accurate and up-to-date information about the property.
  • The property must comply with all applicable local laws and regulations.
  • The property must meet minimum safety and habitability standards, including proper sanitation, security, and maintenance.
  • For agents and managers: You must have legal authorization from the property owner to list and manage the property.

Listing & Verification

  • All listings are subject to review and approval before publication.
  • The owner/agent must submit a valid government-issued ID for verification.
  • False, misleading, or fraudulent listings will be removed immediately.
  • Premium Listings require property verification before approval.
  • The Right Properties reserves the right to reject, suspend, or remove any listing that does not meet our standards.

Pricing & Payment Terms

  • The property owner/agent must clearly state the property price (sale price or rent per period).
  • Any changes in pricing must be communicated and updated promptly.
  • The Right Properties does not guarantee sales or rental success; it is the responsibility of the owner/agent to finalize transactions.
  • Service fees for Premium Listings and Promotions will be communicated separately.

Image & Content Policy

  • Property owners/agents must upload clear and accurate images of the property.
  • Misleading, heavily edited, or deceptive images will result in removal of the listing.
  • By submitting images and descriptions, the property owner/agent grants The Right Properties a non-exclusive right to use them for promotional purposes.

Cancellation & Removal of Listings

  • Property owners/agents may request to remove their listing at any time by notifying The Right Properties.
  • The Right Properties may remove listings that receive multiple complaints from users regarding false advertising, poor conditions, or fraudulent activity.
  • Listings that remain inactive or unresponsive for more than 6 months may be removed.

Liability & Disclaimer

  • The Right Properties is only a listing platform and is not responsible for disputes between property owners and buyers/tenants.
  • We do not guarantee successful sales, rentals, or tenant behavior.
  • The property owner/agent is solely responsible for managing their property, responding to inquiries, and handling legal obligations.
